Your funnel: Lead, MQL, SQL/SQO, Won
Scowtt looks at your whole funnel, not just the first conversion. Knowing how leads move from first contact to closed deal is what lets Scowtt optimize toward the customers who matter most.
The common stages
| Stage | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| Lead | Someone who has filled out a form or otherwise raised their hand |
| MQL | A marketing-qualified lead: a lead that meets your marketing criteria |
| SQL/SQO | A sales-qualified lead or opportunity: one your sales team has accepted and is actively working |
| Won | A closed deal, purchase or enrollment |
Every business names its stages a little differently, and some have extra steps such as a booked or attended appointment. During setup, you tell your Scowtt team which fields and values mark each stage in your CRM.
How Scowtt uses your funnel
- The model learns which early signals predict that a lead will move further down your funnel.
- Scowtt can send a separate conversion for each stage, so you can see real results at every step in your ad platform reporting.
- Pilot results are judged across the whole funnel, not just on lead volume or cost per lead.
