Connect Google Ads (OCI)
Connecting Google Ads lets Scowtt upload offline conversions (OCI) that carry its predicted values. For initial setup, only step 1 is required. The later steps happen once Scowtt starts sending conversion actions.
Before you start
- Admin access to the Google Ads account in scope.
- A login for the Scowtt app from your Sales Rep or Account Manager.
Initial setup
-
Connect Google Ads in Scowtt
In the Scowtt app, go to Integrations, choose Google Ads and click Connect. Approve the permissions in Google. Google Ads should now show as Connected in Scowtt.
After Scowtt starts sending conversions
-
Find the Scowtt conversion actions
Scowtt creates its conversion actions in your account. In Google Ads, go to Goals, then Conversions. You'll see two kinds:
Conversion action What it's for Scowtt Conversion Value The predicted value signal. This is the one conversion action used for bidding. Ground truth actions, named by funnel stage (for example Scowtt MQL, Scowtt SAL, Scowtt SQO) Reporting only. They show real CRM outcomes at each stage and aren't used for bidding.
Next, set up the Scowtt custom goal on your test campaign and add the reporting columns.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Scowtt conversion actions
They're created after Scowtt starts sending data, not at connection. If they're still missing after go-live, contact your Sales Rep or Account Manager.
