Build and validate your funnel

Once your CRM is connected, Scowtt drafts your funnel from your own data. You review it, make any edits, and check the data before anything goes live.

Build your funnel

The Scowtt app walks you through four guided steps:

  1. Describe your funnel: the stages a lead moves through in your business.
  2. Connect your data: your CRM and web analytics.
  3. Link CRM objects: map each stage to the CRM objects and fields that mark it.
  4. Review and activate: check the result and approve it.
  • The stage Scowtt optimizes toward is starred.
  • Negative stages, such as Disqualified and Closed Lost, sit off the main path.
  • You can describe edits in plain words and preview each change. Nothing is saved until you keep it.

See how your leads move

  • Stage counts: How many leads reach each stage, as a count and a share of all leads.
  • Timing: The median time to the next stage, so we know what can mature inside the pilot window.
  • Your view: Switch between columns, rows or a table, and filter by lead source.

Validate your data

Before anything goes live, Scowtt checks your data and shows you the results:

  • Headline checks: Total leads, how many reach the optimization stage, and how long it takes.
  • Identifier coverage: How many leads have an email, phone number, Google click ID or Google Analytics client ID. This drives how well conversions match back to your ads.
  • Findings: Sorted into blocking issues, warnings and notes. Blocking issues need to be fixed first.

Once nothing is blocking, you approve your data, and ongoing ingestion begins.
