Share data through BigQuery

If your data lives in BigQuery, or can be exported there, you grant Scowtt read-only access to the relevant dataset. Your data stays in your own Google Cloud project; nothing is copied or moved. Scowtt queries the dataset directly on a schedule.

Steps

  1. Enable BigQuery export for your data source

For GA4, turn on the native BigQuery export as early as possible. It's off by default and isn't retroactive, so history only starts from the day it's enabled.

  2. Grant Scowtt read-only access

Give Scowtt read-only access to the dataset. Your Sales Rep or Account Manager will confirm the address to share access with.

  3. Confirm tables and schedule

Tell your Scowtt team which tables and fields are included and how often your export refreshes.
