Data retention

Scowtt keeps your data only as long as it's needed to run your program, and deletes it when your contract ends or when you ask.

Deleting your data

Your datasets, predictions and models are deleted when your contract ends. You can also ask for your data to be deleted at any time during your contract by contacting your Sales Rep or Account Manager.

All data is stored in Scowtt's data centers in the United States, in an environment dedicated to your account.
